Employers who keep
their staff warm this winter might find a hot chocolate machine the
ideal purchase.
The Daily Meal recently asked its
readers what they most like to drink at this time of year to fight
off the cold.
Hot chocolate came first, notching up
38 per cent of the votes.
This was almost
twice as high as the number of votes given to tea, which was the
first choice of 20 per cent of respondents.
Meanwhile, 19 per cent expressed a
preference for coffee, while hot apple cider was favoured by 11 per
cent.
Businesses that want to keep their
staff warm during the winter months could therefore benefit from
investing in a hot chocolate machine, so
employees can have easy access to supplies of the hot
drink.
This could be especially useful after
the Carbon Trust encouraged businesses to turn their heating down
slightly in order to offset the impact of energy price rises.
