Here, not only are all our products available for tasting and analysis, but you can even design your very own blend of coffee and have it roasted and ground while you watch to get a better understanding of coffee in general and specifically about the roasting process. In addition the ICS Product Competence Centre is fully equipped with the latest coffee brewing equipment and drinks dispensers.

Classroom facilities are close by, to add a more formal touch to proceedings and to ease the passing of information to the visitor.  In the adjacent Practice Room, hands-on training is provided to put into practice the things that have been learnt.

With its own Research and Development facilities, ICS is able to develop a wide and innovative assortment of products, ranging from a variety of instant drinks to flavoursome freshly roasted coffee.

ICS always offer tailor made training programs at the in-house Product Competence Centre and do not work with standardised courses. They believe that that everyone has different wishes and different questions concerning coffee and are working within different market sectors in the beverage industry.
