Ingredients:
30ml (1 shot) of Philibert
Routin dark chocolate sauce
8ml (1 shot) of Philibert Routin raspberry
syrup
Espresso coffee
Steamed milk
Squirty cream and toppings (optional)
Method:
Pour the dark chocolate sauce to a latte glass
Add raspberry syrup to portion of cold milk only and steam
Pour the milk/syrup mix to the sauce in the latte glass
Add shot of espresso over the back of a spoon
Top with squirty cream and toppings and serve...
a delicious smooth drink which will go down well
anytime.
