new range of sustainable beverages which allows
you to trace your products back to its foundation. The blend
consists of 80% Arabica and 20% Robusta which is 100% sustainable
and traceable. Roasted at our very own Coffee Roasters in the heart
of Holland, we can assure you the finest quality drink from
Autobar.
Taste Profile...
A blend which lends itself very well to milk based
drinks, combined with the roasting conditions it allows
you to serve a perfect dark roasted espresso with
delicious flavours, light acidity and a pleasantly long
aftertaste. Dark Chocolate flavours complement the caramel
notes of this blend. A close match to many Italian
roasts.
Pelican Rouge is our 100% Arabica blend which is 100% ethically
sourced.
Taste Profile...
The composition of the blend, in combination
with the roasting conditions, allows you to serve a perfect medium
roasted espresso with delicious flavours, fresh acidity and a
smooth aftertaste. Nice Hazelnut flavours complement the fresh
acidity of this blend. Smooth mild aftertaste, however, very
pleasant on cut through in the Milk Based drinks. Overall, a nice
pleasant drink allowing for the Customer to go for that elusive
“2nd Cup”.

with a Supersteam option. It is easy to use and finishes off the
theatrical experience for a fine quality drink.
