service solutions depending on your needs and budget.
Our two main standard levels of maintenance contract cover the
majority of needs but if you have more specific requirements please
let us know.
gold cover (monday-friday)
Customers receive full service cover for the normal working week
(Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays).
Cafe Bar suggest that customers should consider having a CTU
(Calcium treatment Unit) fitted to all machines during
installation. This not only improves the consistency, taste and
aroma of our high quality drinks but also reduces the calcium
'build-up' that can cause major damage to the equipment. Damage
that results from limescale build-up is not normally covered under
our warrantee or service contract unless a CTU has been
fitted.
platinum cover (7 day)
Our Platinum Maintenance Cover is designed to meet the needs of
our customers whose businesses operate 7 days a week. Have total
peace of mind that you are covered even if your machine should go
wrong during a busy weekend.
Once we have agreed with you the machine best suited to your
needs we will explain the specific maintenance options available to
you.
Please note that operator error induced faults are chargeable at
the standard call out rate irrespective of annual service cover, as
is damage due to abuse or vandalism.
